Where is your company located?
We are an online store, but our company is located in Janki, Poland.
Can I collect my order from your office?
No, we do not carry any products in our office. All items are shipped directly from one of our warehouses in Poland.
Do you have a retail store?
No, we do not have a retail store. We only sell online with good supply chain practices, consistent with our slogan - Noble jewelry at a noble price!
What is your warranty?
We will take care of your product in case of material damage for 365 days from the date of purchase. Just contact us and we'll take care of the rest.
Note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of the product, or any modifications to the product made by third parties.

We offer free and fast insured shipping for all orders over PLN 500 in Poland. We offer insured shipping and delivery within 2-5 business days.
Secure payments
We accept quick transfers, card payments, Blik, Apple Pay, Google pay and cash on delivery. Payments are handled by the Polish payment gateway Przelewy24
