Return Policy

GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and would like to return it, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate the return process. Returned items must be unused, with the security tag still attached, undamaged and returned in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Exclusions: The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

– Engraved jewelry or jewelry changed at the customer's request

– Exchanged product or product purchased on store credit is not eligible for return or exchange.

– Used/worn jewelry Venetia does not refund shipping costs for returns

DOMESTIC RETURNS

To return an item, please follow the steps below: Contact us via e-mail – care@venetiajewels.pl and provide your order number and reason for return. You can also make a return via the link - Complaints and returns

- The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving a reason and without incurring costs, except for the costs specified in Art. 33, 34 section 2 and 35 of the Act on Consumer Rights of May 30, 2014.
– The withdrawing Customer, who is also a Customer registered in the Store and has an Account, may withdraw from the contract within 100 calendar days without incurring the costs of return.
- As a result of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund to the Customer all payments received from you, including the costs of delivering the goods (except for additional costs resulting from the delivery method chosen by the Customer other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), immediately, no later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed about the decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this contract.
- We will refund the payment using the same payment methods that were used by the Customer in the original transaction.
- We may withhold the refund until we receive the item or until you provide us with proof of returning it, depending on which event occurs first. Please send back or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate to us your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the item before the 14-day deadline expires.
– Returns received outside the above-mentioned time frames will not be accepted.
– Products are returned at the Customer's expense and risk. Make sure your items are safely packed.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Please follow the instructions below if you are returning an item from another country. Venetia is not responsible for return shipping costs or products lost, stolen or damaged in transit. These are the customer's responsibilities.

We therefore recommend that you use a secure and traceable service to return your products to Venetia. Please contact us at care@venetiajewels.pl and we will provide you with the address of the nearest distribution center. Please pay attention to the exact marking of products as "Returned Goods" if it is necessary to complete a customs declaration. This will avoid further customs taxes being charged. If the product is mislabeled and customs tax is charged, it will be returned to the sender. If you are unsure how to complete the customs form accurately, please contact the appropriate customs or postal office before returning the goods.

NOTE: Any returns received without a valid order number may result in a delay in processing your refund and in some cases will be returned to the sender. Returns received outside the above-mentioned time frames will not be accepted. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return. All refunds for undamaged and unused merchandise returned properly will be refunded to Customer's original method of payment.

EXCHANGE IN THE COUNTRY

If you want to exchange your jewelry for a different color or size, please write to us at care@venetiajewels.pl within 14 days of delivery, quoting your order number.

Please return the jewelry in its original condition and packaging. Original products must have tags attached.

We do not accept exchanges or returns on goods that are damaged, used or worn.

You will be notified by email once your purchase has been received, inspected and processed at our warehouse, which should take 3-5 business days.

All exchanged products will be processed within this time, correct sizes/colors will be shipped to you.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE GOODS

If the product delivered is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at care@venetiajewels.com so that we can arrange an exchange or refund.

If the box you receive is damaged or open, please refuse delivery and contact customer service as soon as possible to arrange a replacement.

We will cover the costs of returning the products and arrange re-delivery. Faulty products will only be accepted for return if they were damaged when delivered to the consumer.

Venetia will inspect all products returned as defective and any product exhibiting damage that is considered to be a direct result of normal wear and tear or accidental damage will not be accepted as defective.

ORDER CANCELATION

MAGAZINE ARTICLES

To cancel your order, please send an e-mail to care@venetiajewels.pl.

Please note that orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. We are unable to redirect your purchase once it has been shipped. In this case, please follow the return instructions once you receive your order.

MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS

Some Venetia products are made to order, i.e. they are made individually in accordance with the customer's requirements regarding materials and sizes.

To ensure that the desired products are delivered as quickly as possible, we start production on the day the order is accepted. Any changes made after production has started would result in significant disruptions to production and therefore additional costs. Therefore, in the case of individual orders, we do not accept the cancellation of a placed order.
