Terms and Conditions of the "Venetia plus" Loyalty Program

These Regulations define the rules for participation in the "Venetia Plus" loyalty program for the Venetia store addressed to Customers of the Venetia online store operated by Venetia spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (the " Program ").

§ 1 General provisions

  1. The Organizer of the Program is Venetia, a limited liability company with its registered office at ul. Wichrowa 7, 05-090 Raszyn, registered in the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000793101, NIP 5342603230, REGON 383773053 (hereinafter referred to as "Venetia" ) .
  2. The online store is run by Venetia at www.venetiajewels.pl , in accordance with the principles set out in the Store's regulations (hereinafter referred to as the " Store ").
  3. Customer – a natural person with at least limited legal capacity and over 16 years of age, and a legal person.
  4. Product – an item that can be ordered in the Store.

§ 2 Participation in the Program

  1. Participant A Client who meets the following conditions may participate in the Program:
  2. registered the Customer's account in the Store in accordance with the Store's regulations;
  3. accepted the content of the Loyalty Program Regulations;

(hereinafter referred to as the " Participant ").

  1. Points awarded in the Program are assigned to a single Customer account and are not transferable, cannot be sold, shared or transferred to third parties.
  2. Venetia may require proof of purchase before crediting or redeeming points.

§ 3 Points

  1. After making purchases in the Store, Participants earn points, which are credited to their account in the Points tab. Points are awarded after the order is successfully processed, confirmed, and paid for.
  2. The participant receives a minimum of 5% of the value of each qualifying purchase (excluding shipping, discounts and taxes) in the form of points to be used on subsequent purchases.
  3. Points cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
  4. Points are awarded for irrevocable purchases in the Store, which is understood as the purchase being made by the Participant and the lack of withdrawal from the contract under applicable law.
  5. Venetia reserves the right to award additional points to Participants for participating in promotional campaigns, contests, marketing campaigns, or other special activities organized by Venetia. The terms and conditions for awarding such credits will be specified in the terms and conditions of each promotional campaign.
  6. If it is established that points have been awarded to the Participant unduly, in particular in the event of the Participant withdrawing from the sales contract, Venetia has the right to withdraw the accrued points from the Participant.
  7. Points are awarded within 24 hours of order fulfillment, understood as the shipment of the Product by Venetia to the User, with the proviso that the activation of points may be delayed by no longer than 30 days to allow for the processing of returns.
  8. The validity period of each point is 180 days from the date of their awarding in the manner specified in paragraph 6.
  9. After the expiry of the points validity period referred to in paragraph 7, the points obtained by the Participant lose their validity.
  10. If the Customer's account is closed by the Participant, all accumulated points will expire and will not be refunded or transferred.
  11. Venetia may limit the maximum amount of points that can be redeemed per order.

§ 4 Corrections and refunds

  1. If an order is returned and the points assigned to it have already been used, Venetia reserves the right to deduct the value of the points from any refund.
  2. Points assigned to returned Products will be invalidated.
  3. Products purchased using points (in whole or in part) are only returnable within 14 days of delivery. After this period, such Products will not be eligible for return.
  4. Venetia reserves the right to temporarily suspend the awarding of loyalty points and the processing of refunds submitted by participants who are the subject of an investigation into violations of the regulations or suspected abuse. The decision to limit these rights is made on a case-by-case basis, after informing the participant of the reasons and scope of the measures taken.
  5. Any abuse of the points program, including but not limited to coordinated purchasing activities or the creation of duplicate accounts, may result in the loss of awarded points and the suspension of the user's account.
  6. If the Participant withdraws from the sales contract for the Product for which he/she used the points, the points will not be returned to him/her.

§ 5 Duration of the program

  1. Venetia has the option to terminate the Program at any time.
  2. Information about the end of the Program must be posted on the Store's website or sent to the e-mail address assigned to the Program Participant's Account at least 60 days in advance.
  3. After the Program ends, the Participant will no longer be able to accrue points.
  4. Points may be used by Participants until the end of the Program.

§ 6 Final provisions

  1. Any disputes arising between Venetia and the User will be resolved by a common court having jurisdiction over the seat of Venetia.
