Regulations - Loyalty program

These Regulations define the rules of participation in the loyalty program addressed to Customers of the Venetiajewels online store run by Venetia spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office at ul. Wichrowa 7, 05-090 Raszyn, registered in the National Court Register under KRS number 0000793101, NIP 5342603230, REGON 383773053, hereinafter referred to as the " Program "

1 - General provisions

The organizer of the Program is Venetia spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office at ul. Wichrowa 7, 05-090 Raszyn, registered in the National Court Register under KRS number 0000793101, NIP 5342603230, REGON 383773053 (hereinafter: "Venetia" ) .

The online store is run by Venetia at venetiajewels.pl , on the terms set out in the regulations of the Store (hereinafter referred to as the " Store ").

Customer – a natural person with at least limited legal capacity and over 16 years of age, and a legal person.

Product – an item for which you can place an order in the Store.

2 - Participation in the Program

A Client who meets the following conditions may be a Participant in the Program:

a) registered a Customer account in the Store in accordance with the Store's regulations;
b) accepted the content of the Loyalty Program Regulations;
(hereinafter " Participant ").

Points awarded in the Program are not transferable and cannot be transferred to third parties.

3 - Points

After making purchases in the Store, the Participant obtains points which are assigned to the Participant's account in the Points Tab.

Points cannot be exchanged for cash.

Points are awarded for irrevocable purchases in the Store, which means making a purchase by the Participant and not withdrawing from the contract under applicable law.

If it is determined that the points were awarded to the Participant unduly, in particular in the event of the Participant's withdrawal from the sales contract, Venetia has the right to withdraw the accrued points from the Participant.

Points are awarded within 24 hours from the moment of order fulfillment, understood as the shipment of the Product by Venetia to the User.

The validity period of each point is 365 days, counted from the moment they are awarded in the manner specified in section 5.

After the expiry of the points validity period referred to in section 6, the points obtained by the Participant lose their validity.

Venetia informs the Participant about the expiry of the points accrual period one month in advance by sending appropriate information to the e-mail address assigned to the Participant's Account.

Points are awarded in the following amounts:

a) 100 points for creating an account on the venetiajewels.pl store website
b) 100 points for entering your birthday on your venetiajewels.pl store account
c) 100 points - for every PLN 100 gross of the final purchase;
d) 100 points for leaving a positive comment on the website venetiajewels.pl
e) 100 points for following on social media - Instagram, Facebook
g) 100 points for posting a photo of the purchased jewelry Product on the Participant's social media with the Store tag (done manually, after tagging, the Participant must send a message to us via social media)

Venetia may organize additional promotions - consisting in awarding points to Participants on more favorable terms than those described in section. 9.

Participants who, during the points accrual period referred to in section 6 have collected 15,000 points and obtain the Gold Customer Status.

The Gold Customer Status entitles the Participant to convert the points obtained from the moment of obtaining this Status using a factor of 1.5, i.e. from that moment on, for every PLN 1 spent, the Participant will receive 1.5 points.

Participants who, during the points accrual period referred to in section 6 have collected 10,000 points and obtain Silver Customer Status.

The Silver Customer Status entitles the Participant to convert the points obtained from the moment of obtaining this Status using a factor of 1.2, i.e. from that moment on, for every PLN 1 spent, the Participant will receive 1.2 points.

Participants who, during the points accrual period referred to in section 6 have collected 3,000 points and obtain Bronze Customer Status.

If the Participant obtains the Bronze Customer status, the conversion factor for points obtained since obtaining this Status does not change.

The provisions of section 1 – 10 apply accordingly to Gold, Silver and Bronze Customer Status.

Entering the date of your birthday in the venetiajewels.pl store account and making purchases on the store's website on your birthday entitles the Participant to convert the points obtained for this specific purchase using a factor of 1.2, i.e. for each PLN 1 spent, the Participant will receive 1.2 points.

4 - Redeeming points

The Participant has the right to exchange points obtained in the Program for Prizes to be used for the next purchase of a Product available in the Store:

a) PLN 100 discount – for obtaining 1,500 points;
b) 15% discount – for obtaining 3,000 points;
c) 20% discount – for obtaining 5,000 points;
d) a gift card in the amount of PLN 250 - for obtaining 3,000 points;
(hereinafter referred to as the "Prize").

The Prize selection may be made by indicating a specific Prize on the Participant's Account.

The Participant may use the Prize referred to in section 1 letters a) - d) to purchase one Product.

If the Participant withdraws from the sales contract for the Product for which he used the points, the points will not be returned.

Prizes awarded to the Participant may be used within 1 year from the date of their award.

The costs of delivery of the Product awarded as part of the Prize are borne by the Participant.

The awarded Prizes cannot be paid to the Participant.

The awarded Prizes are not transferable or transferable to third parties. 

5 - Complaint

Participants have the opportunity to submit a complaint.

Complaints about the Program may be sent to the following e-mail address: care@venetiajewels.pl
or be submitted by completing the complaint form available on the website https://venetiajewels.pl/apps/return_prime

The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of its receipt by Venetia. The Participant will be notified about the method of considering the complaint to the e-mail address assigned to the Participant's Account or to the correspondence address indicated by the Participant.

6 - Program duration

Venetia may terminate the Program at any time.

Information about the end of the Program must be posted on the Store's website or sent to the e-mail address assigned to the Program Participant's Account at least 60 days in advance.

After the end of the Program, the Participant will not be able to accumulate points.

Points and Rewards can be used by Participants until the end of the Program.

7 - Final provisions

The content of the Regulations may be changed after informing the Users about the scope of the expected changes, no later than 14 days before the date of their entry into force.

Any disputes arising between Venetia and the User will be resolved by a common court having jurisdiction over the seat of Venetia.
