Where is your company located?

We are an online store, but our company is located in Janki, Poland.

Do you have a retail store?

No, we do not have a retail store. We only sell online with good supply chain practices, consistent with our slogan - Fine jewellery at a fair price!

Can I collect my order from your office?

No, we do not carry any products in our office. All items are shipped directly from one of our warehouses in Poland.

Can I cancel or change a placed order?

Yes, but please contact us within 1-2 hours of placing your order.

All our packaging is biodegradable. We also plant a tree with each order.

Warranty and Product Care

What is your warranty?

All our products come with a 365-day warranty from the date of purchase. We will take care of your product in case of damage to the material. Just contact us and we will send you a replacement.

Note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of the product, or any modifications to the product made by third parties.

How to care for my new jewelry?

Gently wipe the surface of your piece with a polishing cloth. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness and keep it out of the reach of children!
