For orders below 200€, the cost of delivery is 20€ in Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Germany, Hungary, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia & Spain. We offer free insured shipping on orders over €200
For orders under 500€, the delivery cost is 30€ in Denmark, Finland & Sweden. We offer free insured shipping on orders over 500€
All orders are shipped through an international courier service. The average time taken for delivery is between 5-10 working days from the date of dispatch.
All the orders we ship have a tracking number, which is sent to you the day we ship your order. All our orders are handled by an international courier company till they reach their destination and are trackable.
If the tracking indicates that the item was unable to be delivered for whatever reason, please contact your local courier office for further information. Because they are handling your package, they may be able to provide you with information that we do not have.

Note: For both domestic and international orders, if an order is returned to us owing to an inaccurate delivery address supplied by the customer, or if it is left unclaimed, the client is responsible for the entire cost of redelivery. Venetia also has the right not to offer refunds for purchases that were never received owing to wrong information given at the time of checkout. We also, do not ship to PO boxes.
GOODS RETURN FEES
If you decline a shipment (order value less than €200), you will be reimbursed for your purchase price minus a 5% handling fee for returning and restocking the item plus the shipping cost.
For orders above €200, you will be refunded the purchase amount minus a 3% restocking fee plus the shipping cost.
