GENERAL RETURN AND EXCHANGE GUIDELINES

If you are not totally happy with your online purchase for any reason and would want to return it for a refund, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to begin the return process. The item must be unused, with the security tag still attached and undamaged, and returned in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Exclusions:
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:-
– Engraved jewellery or jewellery altered at a customer’s request.
– An exchanged item or an item purchased on store credit is not valid for return or exchange.
– Used/Worn jewellery
Venetia will not refund the original postage costs for international orders.

DOMESTIC RETURNS (PL)

To return an item to us, please follow the below steps:
Contact us and provide your order number via email – care@venetiajewels.pl
Returns must be made within 14 calendar days of the order delivered.
We will contact you and confirm the return process. Once you get a confirmation, send us the products within 5 business days through an insured courier service. Make sure your stuff is packaged safely.
Returns received outside of the above-mentioned time frames will not be accepted.
Venetia accepts no responsibility for things that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. These are the customer’s duties. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Please continue to follow the following instructions if returning an item from another country.
Venetia assumes no responsibility for return postage charges or products lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. These are the customer’s duties. As a result, we highly advise you to use a safe and traceable service to return the products to Venetia.
Please contact us at care@venetiajewels.pl and we will give you the shipping address of the nearest distribution center.
Please take care to accurately label the products as a ‘Returned Item’ if a customs declaration form is necessary. This will prevent any further customs taxes from being charged. If an item is wrongly labeled and a customs tax is assessed, the item will be returned to the sender.
If you are unsure how to accurately fill out the customs form, please contact the relevant customs or postal department before returning the goods.
Please Note: 
Any returns received without a valid order number may result in a delay in processing your refund and, in certain cases, will be returned to the sender.
Returns received outside of the above-mentioned time frames will not be accepted.
Refunds will be provided within 14 days of your return being received.
All refunds for undamaged and unworn merchandise returned correctly will be reimbursed to the customer’s original mode of payment.

DOMESTIC EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange jewellery for alternative colors or sizes, please email us at care@venetiajewels.pl within 14 days after delivery with your order number. We provide a free one-time exchange. Please return your jewellery in its original condition and packaging. Original products must have tags attached. We do not accept exchanges or returns on goods that are damaged, used, or worn. You will be notified via email after your purchase has been received, examined, and processed at our warehouse, which should take 3-5 business days. Any exchanged products will be processed at that time, and the replacement sizes/colors will be shipped to you.

RETURNING DEFECTIVE GOODS

If products are delivered defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at care@venetiajewels.pl so that we can arrange a replacement or refund. If the box you get is broken or open, please refuse delivery and contact customer support as soon as possible to arrange for a replacement. We will cover the expense of returning the products and arrange a re-delivery.
Faulty items will only be accepted for return if they were damaged when delivered to the consumer. Venetia will inspect all products returned as defective, and any item exhibiting damage that is regarded to be a direct result of fair wear or accidental damage will not be accepted as defective.

ONLINE ORDER CANCELATION

STOCK ITEMS
Please email care@venetiajewels.pl to cancel your order. Please keep in mind that orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been sent. We are unable to redirect your purchase once it has been delivered, so please follow the stated return instructions upon receipt.

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Some Venetia products are made to order items that are handcrafted individually according to the customer’s specifications on materials and sizes. To ensure delivery of the desired products in the shortest lead time, we start production on the day of order acceptance. Hence, any changes or cancellation of orders made after production commenced would cause substantial disruption to production and, as a result, incur significant costs.
